Manx born, Craig worked in the IOM Income Tax Office for 24 years covering many duties, including managing the frontline processing and customer service group. As IFC grew and required more back office help, with Craig’s background it was an ideal fit to set up as a husband and wife team.

Craig and Kate worked together to ensure that all back office and compliance processes are as efficient and customer focused as possible. “Being ready for a career change after 24 years as a civil servant, it was a perfect chance to join Kate in helping to make IFC as customer focussed as possible”.

Craig has always been an avid motorcyclist, but has recently taken the middle aged decision to finally swap two wheels for four, taking on a classic mini for restoration in his spare time.
